How to test and turn off Max & Mia call routing

Test direct and forwarded calls from an external phone, inspect the handover, and confirm the rollback path before customer use.

A dedicated work-number route leading to grounded call handling and owner review.

Max & Mia provides an assigned number that customers can call directly. The owner can also forward selected or all calls from an existing work number. Before customer use, test each enabled route from an external phone, run normal and failed cases, inspect the resulting card, and document how to stop forwarding.

Test the number during expected operating states. Confirm business identity, required details, restricted promises, silence handling, and what happens when the call ends early. One call should not create duplicate cards when events repeat.

For any existing-number forwarding, confirm exact setup and cancellation steps with the carrier. An app cannot silently intercept ordinary mobile calls, and generic forwarding codes may not match the account.

Rollback is part of setup. Record who can disable the route, where that control lives, and how an external test confirms calls no longer reach the service.

Start with the routing comparison, then run the six-call test.
