Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to Max & Mia.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Cannot access the app?

Use our contact form and write Max & Mia account deletion in the message. Use the email connected to your account so your request can be verified. Do not include caller details, recordings or transcripts.

Account access and personal account data are removed. Records required for legal, security or audit purposes remain only for the applicable retention period. If identity-provider deletion needs follow-up, account access remains removed while the request is completed.
