How business context changes what Max can say on a call
Business context defines supported work, required details, wording, and boundaries before Max handles a customer enquiry.

Business context tells Max which business it represents, which work is supported, what details the owner needs, and which commitments remain off limits.
For a plumbing business, context might require the caller's reported issue, property location, timing, and access while excluding diagnosis and price. Another trade may need different fields and wording. The goal is not a generic personality prompt. It is a versioned instruction boundary for the call.
Versioning matters because services and policies change. A call record should identify the context that governed it rather than silently applying today's settings to yesterday's conversation.
Context does not create authority. Max & Mia's MVP still excludes quotes, payments, autonomous booking, diagnosis, and guaranteed commitments. Unclear fit remains for owner review.
See the boundary guide for test cases to run against business context.
